A letter to my BPD-self

Love shouldn’t inflict fear.

If it does. Then you have already lost.

It should do the opposite and ignite strength. Push your growth, serve as a foundation in which you’re supposed to spring from. If it doesn’t, is it worth your time, your effort? Both of which is valuable.

If you waste those, then it’s no wonder you hurt yourself, trying to claw back what you gave. Fear…
