Just know that if you hide, it doesn’t go away

As I work through trauma of late diagnosed AuDHD, it feels like I’m making some breakthroughs. For instance, I don’t really like socialising with a lot of people on social media anymore. I believe it’s because before there was always something to gain from social platforms, it was a joy talking to people, instead it has become tiring, with people always trying to have a “gotcha” moment with you. That and more than two years ago I still needed to build up a network, I don’t have to do that anymore.
